Position Overview:

We're looking for a smart, proactive Executive Assistant who will directly support our President. This role is more than just administrative tasksit's about enhancing productivity, managing priorities, and helping the President focus on driving growth and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the President's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements effectively.
• Take charge of inbox management, ensuring important communications receive timely responses.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and facilitate follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day operations, including assisting with tasks and projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Represent the President professionally in meetings when necessary.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to support smooth operations.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and proactively solve problems.
• Comfortable working in-office at our Kenner location.
